It’s remarkable to me when professionals such as dentists treat patients as customers - talking to them with courtesy and humility, being considerate of our comfort during the treatment, and informing us of what she’s going to do next. Contrary to doctors or busines owners in general who talk to customers as equal, just proceeding to their thing w/o informing and making customer comfortable bec they “know what they’re doing”. First time to visit dentist because of pain and I am overwhelmed. The first time i contacted the clinic it gave me a feeling of comfort and care to the person whom I am talking to. To found out the manager of the clinic was the one i am talking to and I am impressed (very hands on). Ill be going back for my tooth extraction and honestly i am scared. It is my very first tooth extraction by a dentist. My dentist explained all the procedure and plan for the care of my teeth. I hope it went well.
