She welcomes you with a friendly smile and makes you very comfortable from day 1, so it's easy to express your thoughts and concerns. She listens to your perspective patiently and does not rush things.

She guides you through the process of solving the core problem in effective way and inspires to make positive changes in yourself.

The sessions and exercises have helped to channel the thoughts and feel sorted, which helps immensely with the problem of overthinking.

Counselling has helped in shifting the attitude towards life and form a positive perspective for the life.

The 4 sessions in a month have resulted in overall improvement in physical health (as they say mind controls the body) and mood (happier now 🙂).

The services are charged very humbly against the common perception that therapy is expensive. At Hayat they are providing much needed mental health support that most people can afford. All the staff is very kind and friendly. If you are in need of counselling and need to sort your thoughts Hayat is good place to go.

I appreciate the Doctor Yashmin as she is a good Listener and gives solution that can be made Practical in day to day Living. God bless Her. She has tried to make me organised but I am not able to implement because of heavy Conflict atmosphere at my home.

She needs to upgrade on interprofessional relationship with her patient as she does not give more time even after a request by her patient. She has to do delegation of authority to her working staff members in order to be available to her patients. Overall she is a good Doctor and a nice human being.
