I first met Dr Utsav Shah when an orthopaedic surgeon referred him to me. In our first meeting, Dr Shah spent 30 mins diagnosing my left knee - no other doctor had ever done that before! Spending so much time on just diagnosis!

Post the diagnosis, he showed me 7-8 physiotherapy exercises, which he also recorded on my phone so I can see the correct form later at home.

During last year's Covid lockdown, Dr Shah did few home visits for me and helped me strengthen my left knee further. He's extremely friendly, makes you feel very comfortable and tells you the complete truth about your condition.

When I first met him, my left knee had 65-70% strength compared to my right knee and I could not imagine running or walking for long distances. But now I can say with confidence that my knee strength has increased to 85-90% and I can run 1.5-2 kms every day. Thanks a lot, Dr Utsav!
