Apart from her illustrious career, Dr. Vakharia has also received numerous awards such as Excellent Performance in Slimming Service Delivery for having the maximum number of successful clients. In 2009, she also received the Magic Hand Award for Outstanding Performance in VLCC. I started my weightloss journey 2 months back with urvi mam and I am able to reduce 10 kg within this period. Which is almost 1 kg /week. To get better result you need to follow diet given by her and do the exercise also. Diet given also simple and that is from your daily food no extra thing you have to do. Urvi mam is so friendly in nature so you can ask your queries and will get answer to it. She suggested multiple alternate options in diet so you can follow which is preferable to you.
