I called up Ms. Urveez at around 5:30 PM on a weekday as I was facing Anxiety issues for a few days. I asked for a slot and she somehow accommodated my request and gave me a slot of 7 PM on the same day.

Accepting that I was suffering Anxiety and Depression issues were tough, but she made is quite easy for me. She was really thoughtful about my situation, gave me a non-judgemental, easy-going and friendly platform to open up and share my issues. She ensured that I was comfortable talking to her, knowing in-depth about my issues and feelings.

She gave simple yet very effective exercises which helped me recover. She was available on phone and ensured that I felt to share anything that bothered me.

Given my unpredictable schedule, I could not commit or book her appointment beforehand but I was not denied a slot - quite accommodating.

Overall, after the therapy, I have gained my focus back, with fewer distractions and the best part - started living in the present.

I would recommend people who are suffering, to take therapy - this will change your world for good.
