I strongly recommend Beyond Diet Clinic and Dr. Haria's structured diet plans, specifically for weight loss and management. I've been visiting Beyond Diet Clinic for a year and half now, and I've managed to loose close to 30 kgs, just by following the diet plan prescribed by Dr. Haria consistently and some minimal exercise.
