HI every body . it was about 2 years back when my legs were paining and i went to dr. snighda .mehta . she had taken above 10 minutes asking me different questions about my sitting ; walking etc. and in 10 minutes she had diaognis that i am having a lower legs weak and upper part of legs stiff as i sit for hours on computer screen. she had guided me to do certain exercises and with in 9 to 10 sittings i was perfectly fit till now. thanks to her .

other incident has occured in last september 2015 when i was suffering from severe backache . with no other second thoughts i straight away ran to dr. snighda mehtas clinic. i was in very bad shape but the dr. has a vast experience in her field and she started taking actions and you know i can not sit or play volley ball or any other sports. but gradually after doing exercise as guided by dr. i was absolutely fit by nov. i.e 2 months . i cannot imagine that this miracle could happen in 2 months. today i am doing regular exercise for 13 to 14 minutes twice a day as per given by dr. sgindhda mehta and i am pink of my health.

But after consulting dr. Mehta I became strong and I now feel that she will try all her level best to cure my diseases. She is very strict. It is nice for the patients. Otherwise the patient becomes lethargic in doing rigorus exercise. Hopes are raised in my life. Wonderful staff. Nice ventilated place having adoring atmosphere. Very nice experience. These words are coming from within with full satisfaction. I stay at borivali. I prefer to come at her Parla clinic in the morning at 8.00 a.m. we know that to catch a train in the morning from borivali is hasardious. Still I prefer to go. Why? Full cofoidence on doctor mehta. Earlier I had come for spine problem which is cured with her exercises. My orthopedic had recommended me to go for surgery for spine but after coming here I had to avoid surgery. She gives a perfect tailored made exercises for the problem. Now I am coming to her for the knee problem which is also solved and feeling much better. She is the perfect Dr for all pains.
