Ms. Shweta Parekh

Very cordial, patient and non-judgemental. She has been helping me deal with insomnia. Her sessions have helped me identify a set of irrational fears that ensued, and some that caused, my first episodes of insomnia. She listens very carefully, recognizes accurately faults and patterns in the thought process of the client,and communicates her observations in the most professional manner possible. In my experience, I felt she understands very well the difficulties of everyday hassles, boredom and anxities. And tries to make sure her clients do not end up making, living tougher than it needs to be.

Shweta has helped me to start finally addressing some of the personal issues that have been holding my potentials back, including feelings of fear. It's amazing to have a voice outside my head to help me navigate through this attic of thought processes. I absolutely recommend her to anyone who struggles with that "not good enough" ghost perfectionism, and knows she could reach the next level with my insight.
