Ms. Shweta Parekh

Very cordial, patient and non-judgemental. She has been helping me deal with insomnia. Her sessions have helped me identify a set of irrational fears that ensued, and some that caused, my first episodes of insomnia. She listens very carefully, recognizes accurately faults and patterns in the thought process of the client,and communicates her observations in the most professional manner possible. In my experience, I felt she understands very well the difficulties of everyday hassles, boredom and anxities. And tries to make sure her clients do not end up making, living tougher than it needs to be.

Shweta has helped me to start finally addressing some of the personal issues that have been holding my potentials back, including feelings of fear. It's amazing to have a voice outside my head to help me navigate through this attic of thought processes. I absolutely recommend her to anyone who struggles with that "not good enough" ghost perfectionism, and knows she could reach the next level with my insight. I’ve been to a couple of therapists and no one has helped me understand my issues/concerns better. She is great at communicating the problem. What I like most and find extremely easy to understand is how she breaks down a problem on a piece of paper and that really helps understand and also tackle my anxiety better. I also found that I was a lot more receptive to her therapy sessions than any other session in the past. While I’m still in therapy, I feel like The healing/understanding has been relatively fast and makes me optimistic about dealing with anything new or drastic.

I am taking shwetas therapy since 6 months now. Im very comfortable with her. Now as my therapy progressed and I got an perception, we started to establish that there were several issues in terms of the environment I had grown up in and how this would have led to certain thoughts and feelings and eventually anxiety and panic. Shes dealing with me and my family and we all are committed to unlearn and relearn with her. I like it since its like talking to somebody without being judged. There is a massive stigma still attached to mental health and I only hope that by sharing my experiences that it will become accepted like any other ailment. Thank you shweta for being there.

I've been to a few therapists in the past months to try to get my anxiety and depression related issues fixed. I found Shweta to be most empathetic to the situation whereas others were sort of superficial about it. I'm still continuing my sessions as they have helped me improve my mental state and I hope to get rid of these issues over a period of time, but at least there's a start and support from someone I feel is capable and willing to sort it out, rather than therapists who cannot fathom what is going on with me and instead ask me 20 questions which I have no answers to and tell me to figure things out.
