I am having plantar facilities from last 2 yrs and i was literally ignoring my foot issue but last 2 months i was having severe heel pain.. Here in USA doctor have given me night splint, steroids injection, heel strap and custom fit but i felt that all those thing didn't helped me. We had spend lot of money and wasted our time here.
