What began with marriage counselling, for me, resulted in an enriching shift of looking within myself, than the other. It progressed to help me rediscover strengths and weaknesses within myself, how to accept and grow with both, and it helped me build better relationships - foremost with myself, my partner, my child, and other people in my life.

Her scientific approach, with befitting examples, and well-researched models that apply to all spheres and relationships of one's life is what empowered me and made me a person who is now not looking for answers and problem solving skills, but continuously learning and developing tools and knowledge that help her face situations with humility and dignity.

Life is not linear, its cyclic, and with the tools that Dr Shraddha gave me I know in present and future situations that may arise I am now better equipped to either face them or float through them.
