As a counsellor I see my role as a facilitator supporting my client’s well being by developing and maintaining a respectful and honest relationship while being sensitive to their uniqueness and diverse background.

Qualifications:
Ms. Shiny Shrivastava has a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. Prior to this, she was a student of Biology in pre university and secured a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology (with distinction in all). Additionally, she holds MBA degree in Finance (CAT prctl. 97).
Post her master’s degree, she completed a diploma in Counselling Skills from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. She has certifications in Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Narrative Therapy, Transactional Analysis 101, Family and Couples Therapy, EMDR Therapy, LGBTQ+ therapy. She has also received 700+ hours of training (internships) and supervision and have undergone therapy for self from other experienced therapists.
