My sessions with doctor has only got positive changes in my life and well being. The ability to discuss and doc’s openness has helped me discover things that I wasn’t aware about myself in terms of emotions or characteristics which is now striked a balance and given a sense of a stronger identity to myself. The sessions has helped me grow as a person and also helped me understand my emotions better which has helped me to be in a better place mentally. I’m grateful to have these sessions and has helped me look at the bigger picture and come out of things which I was always unsure about.

During the corona virus I was not able to sleep as their was positive patinet in building and I was in bad deprasion n she help me by some excersses and tell me properly what to do what to not within 1st day of excereses
