Dr. Sharmila Shirish Dhobale, being a part of Army’s nomadic life, since last 30 years, she practiced Ayurveda, Counseling, Transpersonal regression therapy, Hypnotherapy and other alternative healing modalities in many different cities of India. Qualified as BAMS, BA(Sanskrit), but to treat patients holistically, at body-mind and soul levels; she quipped herself with various skills. She completed Masters in Psychology(specialized in REBT and Gestalt), Transpersonal/Past Life Regression Therapy ( TASSO Institute, Holland-EKAA-CHII, Mumbai, Life Research Academy, Hyderabad), Family Constellation Therapy, NLP (Basic and advanced) Also studied Yoga to qualify herself as Qualified Yoga Instructor, Inner Child Work Therapist, Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki Master . She had been conducting training workshops on various subjects in the corporate sector as well as for students and adults, helping them to achieve holistic healing. She had been working with physical, mental and emotional issues of clients with powerful healing in their lives. She facilitates people to look within, harness their strengths and accepts weaknesses, to improve upon them to achieve professional and personal goals and lifetime transformation. She incorporates all the knowledge and experience of diverse fields and the scientific approach of Spirituality and Metaphysics for the benefit of our lives while creating stability and astonishing growth.

Sharmila madam is awesome. She has helped me gaining confidence, building personality, managing my mood swings. Earlier, my anxieties were getting out of control I was having insomnia because of that but after few therapies now I don't have insomnia. Because of the therapies, I am now relaxed, composed and don't get panic attacks in any situation. My relations with my family and friends have improved a lot.
