Before i started my counselling with Rupa, i was convinced that there was no cure to whatever it is that i was going through and therapy just seemed like the first step of the many steps i might have to take in order to cure myself of my mental illness(thanks google). But visiting Rupa changed everything. She helped me reach a great stage in my life with making me go through a step by step approach towards cognitive therapy and making me well equipped to face the various wars i thought my brain was forging with me. She changed my approach and helped me see that there was indeed a solution to my problems. Sessions with her have always been something i would look forward to, for i would learn something life altering in each of them and it felt as if i was leaving with a new arrow in my quiver. She helped me feel as if she was there for me and her that no matter what the problem we were in it together. Rupa gives all she’s got for each of her patients and is always there whenever one needs her, no matter what the circumstance or time. I recollect the phone conversations we have had when i have needed help on certain days and how she would scoot in time for a telephonic session. She is warm, passionate and the person you need when battling with any form of mental illness.

She is not only a psychologist but an amazing genuine human being who seems to get you completely! Which is mind blowing. This lady has a huge impact on my life and changed my life for good - from explaining my diagnosis to ranting & therapy.

She is so good i wanted to keep her to myself but people should know how amazing her work is and also very effective. Despite of her busy schedule she is always available for her clients which is very rare. It's not only therapy that she offered but a new perspective to life. Today whatever progress I have made is all because of her. She hasn't only given me therapy but also courage and hope in life. She is remarkable and gem of a person. If you're not seeing her then I would 1000% recommend you and if you don't take this opportunity you are really missing out. Give it a try and I guarantee she won't let you down ever. It was one of the most exquisite spiritual experience of my life with Dr Rupa and I'm more than grateful & thankful to her.

I cannot begin to explain how amazing Ms Rupa is. She’s patient and kind by nature. Her professionalism does not interfere with her genuine concern towards your issues. The environment she creates made me extremely comfortable to talk about any and everything without any fear of judgement. I cannot put in words how amazing she is as a human being.

As a therapist, she becomes a friend. She becomes a listener, a guide, a mentor. In fact, she analyses the problem properly before jumping to conclusions and hence the treatment is not only customised to your problem, but also to your lifestyle and personality.

Most importantly, Ms. Rupa takes your problem seriously, even if you think it’s small or simply embarrassing.

Fact if the matter, I had to leave Bombay in the middle of my therapy. But I visited her regularly for two months and she changed my perspective, my life. And it’s unsurprising that she’s the person I miss the most after leaving Bombay. She was not only successful in my treatment, but she also left a very deep and positive impact in my life.

Even now that I cannot visit her in Bombay, she actually went beyond her responsibility and is helping me locate a specialist in my new country.

There is not a single bad experience I’ve had with her. And I’m so grateful because even though she’s supposed to heal people by virtue of her profession, I never felt for a minute that I was a patient when I was in a room with her.
