I came to know about Healthy mantra through one of my office collegue and since Dec 2023 l am a part of healthy mantra family. Ruchita is a very soft spoken and polite person I have ever met. I lost about 7+ kgs in 3 months following her diet plans which included almost everything that I liked. I enjoyed various recipes and also got to learn many things.
