Well, I was knowing to stay focused to work and to have healthy life I need to eat good food but was always used to get confused about what to eat and when to eat... Most of the time I tend to skip my meals due to workload. But Richa and her team make sure that I'm eating right food at right time. While discussing every diet plan they considered my likes, dislikes, my time availability to cook food and eat food and make it simple for me to achieve balance between my work and health. I'm feeling grateful that I'm connected with Dr. Richa and her team - Ria and Ashvi. Both Ria and Ashvi have made sure that I'm following my diet properly as if like a big sisters of mine (lots of hugs to both of them). I'm really grateful for efforts they put for me. And yess, I loved the simple recipes they shared with me after discussing new diet plan after 15 days. Even they have taken care of my fasting days by providing me appropriate fasting diet plan. So I have been following the diet given to my by Health studio , my dietician is Ms. Ashvi , she is very spontaneous with her replies I can reach out to her anytime and she has always guided me , motivated me and help me regain my path to a healthy weight loss diet , I just stopped believing in diets and one day finally when I came across this plan I enrolled myself in with very little hope but I was happily surprised ! I was given a diet which was practical , simple and most importantly I didn’t have to cook separately for myself !!

I know Richa since many years ago as she is my neighbour. But yes,as my dietitian I met her and she is amazing & friendly. My husband and I we both started our journey before 4 months ago with Richa Doshi. I have many issues like my IVF treatment, Cesarean, Menopause so I felt tired and overweight. Richa gave us simple diet plan everything can be easily cooked at home. Even for my husband it is easy to follow yet his working and traveling hours are difficult.We both lost 9/10 kg.& some inch loss also. Now with her plan I feel so energetic skin is clear & best thing my Acidity almost disappeared. Now I don't want to take pills for Acidity and headache, before that I took pills after every 3/4 days .
