But with one session of Dr. Priyanka, not only did the pain vanish but my shoulder and back were very eased and relaxed and I felt like nothing happened.Thanks dr. If i could give 1000 star, I would!!!. It was really easy process and good experience. I found her clinic on google and made an appointment for evening around 7.30PM. I have been seeing Dr. Priyanka nearly past 2 to 3 months, i was consulting for my back pain and shoulder pain for my mother.

We were in pain, unbearable pain i must say. We had a video call for around 10 min, during the call she was so humble, polite and professional at the same time. She made me believe through her conversation that i’ll be fine soon..If i follow her therapy and instructions properly. She had provided few clips of exercise. I followed as her said and guess what I was perfectly fine within just 2 weeks of time, same thing happened with my mother. We were able to recover much faster under her guidance. Her therapy was so magical undoubtedly. She is approachable and detail oriented. Huge appreciation to Dr. priyanka because of her i could get rid of this pain and hardly remember any pain there.

I have been playing football since childhood (17 years now) and hence prone to certain injuries. I went to couple of doctors & physiotherapists for treatment. Some of them cured me temporarily & some didn't at all. After all these years thank God that I happened to visit Dr.Priyanka. I wasn't recommended to her, I was just passing by so I thought of giving it a try as my Mom needed treatment too and it was near to my house. After approaching her for the first time I got a positive vibe, so my mother and me continued our treatment with her. Eventually I started feeling better after couple of sessions. I didn't realize that she was treating me for long term or permanent fitness so that the same injuries doesn't occur again. I can now play much better than before and the fear of injuring myself is history now. My mother is very happy with the results too as she can do her daily chores more effectively. Dr.Priyanka is flexible with timing and follows up with her patients diligently. Her staff is very friendly and polite. Specially Dr.Nikita, as she is very motivating & helpful. Without a doubt I would recommend people to visit her. I bet you won't be dissatisfied. Lastly, I wish she paid me to write this but I think she deserves it. Ha ha ha :) Loads of thanks :)

I was operated for L4-5, S-1 Disc Hernation and Two Nerves compression in October 2016. Two titanium rods and six screws were fixed. As process of rehabilitation was not done regularly by me, the stiffness increased and numbness in left leg fingers increased. The doctors again advised regular Physio and walk as only solution for returning back to normalcy.

As Dr. Priyanka Sukhtankar, Physio Therapist of Physio Wellness, Sher-e-Punjab, Andheri (East) is near to my house, I preferred to take treatment from her. Initially started Physio treatment with alternate days for 10 sittings, then thrice in a week next 10 sittings and now two sittings for next 10 sittings and thereafter as required. I used to take pain killers daily twice, now hardly one tablet in 8 to 10 days. The numbness of toes has gone. The pain in the operation area has reduced. The stiffness has reduced. Dr. Priyanka’s diagnosis and exercises has worked. She is sincere and dedicated to her profession and pays attention on all patients and their progress. She deserves appreciation. Her fees are also very reasonable. I wish her success in all her endeavours in future. Only walk and Physio care under an expert like Dr. Priyanka can help to recover fast.

For starters, the doctor didn't even touch me or consult me till after the ultrasound. Most of the questions were asked by the junior doctor or assistant *** * ***** **** **** *** ****** ************* *** ** *** I had a cramp in my left side of neck which extended to my back and it was really bad since two days. Plus my right wrist was also paining whenever I bent it or put load on it. After noting down everything, I got the standard treatment of ultrasound and was instructed for icing. After the ultrasound, I asked for a sports tape to support the muscles. I was hoping the doctor could atleast tell me how my neck muscles connected with my back and how I can relieve the pressure through some stretches or something, but to no avail. After I was done with the taping, I was expecting maybe a look at my wrist, but nothing. No one even touched it to check it. Rather, was advised an MRI to know the cause. I was like alright.

To top it all, at the the time of payment, consultation charges turned out to be INR 600 and not INR 500 as mentioned on practo. Not sure who's fault. Plus, tape charges were added to the treatment. Don't know what was my takeaway except for an instruction on icing for 800 bucks.

I have been consulting Dr. Priyanka since last 5 - 6 months. I went to her to consult on a chronic back problem (Disc issue) which was troubling me since quite a long time. Initially she helped me with the chronic pain with the relevant exercises targeting my back and also explained the purpose and impact of the exercises.

Currently, I am part of a training program which is aimed at strengthening of the overall body muscles and targeting specifically at core back and abdomen muscles. The sessions are held on personal basis and are thrice a week. It starts with basic stretching exercises and then extends to specific exercises for upper body, legs and specifically abdomen area. These exercises have really helped me with my chronic back pain as my body feels more strong and fit and has also helped in increasing my stamina to go through a rough day as well.

The best part about her treatment is that it does not rely on medicines or machines to and it works to strengthen one's body.

I would definitely recommend her to everyone.

Visited her for severe ankle and neck sprain, within 2 sittings my 7-8 months old ankle sprain vanished like magic. Was suffering from acute pain in my ankle, i couldnt walk without crepe & she cured in just 2 to 3sittings, more than anything else, she is very caring for her patients.most of time She reschedules her timings just to make sure i dont miss my trearment for neck(still on). I had lower back pain and tingling & pinning effect in legs when sitting for even a moderate period of time, also after a certain activity developed pain in the lower and middle trapezius muscle which was unbearable and persistent.

After visiting and taking sessions with Dr. Priyanka pain was relieved. Both lower and middle back feel normal now. Immediate Tingling is gone but Delayed Tingling (mild) is still there because I discontinued training when pandemic started.

She is very friendly, informative and flexible. She elaborates all the exercises, clears all the doubts and she doesn't rush the process. I am happy with the progress. Thanks Doctor.✌

But when a friend recommended Dr. Priyanka to me, I went for my first session feeling confident. And it only got better from then on.
