I suffered from foot injury due to sudden twist in it and had experienced deadly lower-back ache during a household work. I've been a patient of Dr Lata since almost 4 months (my case was pretty bad). i didn't just get physical therapy here but also the mental, verbal and emotional support i needed so badly on my life them. Since June I had been facing a major pain in my right arm and right shoulder blade.I couldn't feels my fingers as there was numbness.Visited an orthopaedic,took pain killers but nthng helped. As my ortho had recommended me physiotherapy for a month I visited Nirmal advanced physiotherapy centre .

I have been facing slip disc issue along with severe stiffness from hamstring all the way to lower back. My movement was quite restricted. It’s been 22 days now I have been visiting Dr. Premlata and without a doubt I can assure there has been a great improvement in my movements. My treatment plan consists of exercise, traction and IFT. Gradually the exercise keeps on changing. Initially exercise was meant to focus on stretching and now its been changed to focus on strengthening and stability. 8 more days to complete my course and recover completely.
