My mother who is over 70 years underwent a surgery due to a fall and was bedridden for 2 months as doctor had advised not to touch the foot down.
Dr Pranali Chheda who works at Ashwini hospital treated my mother during the recovery phase at home by introducing simple exercises in the beginning and then gradually stepping it up so that my mother was able to gain strength and walk on her own again. Dr Pranali Chheda's guidance helped us to ensure that the transition for my mother was smooth. We wish Dr Pranali all the best for the future.

Dr. Pranali is a very special find. Her approach and expertise set her apart from several other Physiotherapists I have met in Mumbai. With due respect, several physios I have met do the typical exercises mechanically, without trying to get to the root of the problem. Dr. Pranali is a compassionate Sports Physio with expertise in some special techniques and is hands on in her treatment. I came to realize that this is due to the fact that she did her Masters in the US. For a soft tissue injury in my hand, she started from gently examining my neck. This is what sets her apart. She also helped with fine tuning exercises for my lower back strengthening.

When I first met Dr Pranali it was because I was unable to move with ease. Normal activities like climbing stairs was also a challenge. However a dedicated effort by Dr Pranali and post multiple sessions of aqua therapy I feel quite confident. Iām now able to walk and climb stairs without support. Truly thankful for the exercises taught by doctors at aqua heal. Totally worth everypenny spent. Also, the amazing friends I made their were an added bonus! š

The best part about getting treated by her is that she gets your previous injury and health details known and remembers them for future references too, making it relatively better for her to diagnose the problem and take proper corrective and preventive actions.
The best best is the word. I have received the **** treatment. Have always been relaxed post her treatment. He makes the difficult excercises very easy. I'm very impressed with the way the problem is analysed and how personalized the exercise program is.
Dr. Pranali spent time explaining to me the underlying cause of the problem so I fully understand what needs to be corrected and can better manage similar issues in the future. It's empowering....

I was in acute pain when I visited Dr Pranali. She diagnosed the pain to be IT band issue which is usually runners suffer with. Her treatment ie. Physiotherapy helped me to overcome the injury in just 6 weeks. After that I continue to do the exercises suggested by her and I'm injury free and enjoying my events ie. Running and cycling Injury free.

She is very efficient *** ******* in her treatment. I had terrible ache in my neck which she treated to very well. My pain went away in a weeks time as it responded well to her exercises and advice.
She also suggest treatment for future to avoid this to occur again.
I was nt able to sleep at nt at all, also there used to be pain in my arms nd shoulers as wel the whole day ....hampering my work....bt by receiving **** Treatment nd proper timely guidance, my pain was all gone ....nd was bk to normal...All thanx to Dr. PRANALI GOGRI for giving personal attention nd tkng my case on top most priority....Thanx a lot
