Since ligament tear doesn't have any medicine , I totally had to depend on physiotheray for my recovery.

But yess.... There is always a ray of hope ...n this time my physiotherapist Dr. Prajakta Mestry had literally shown me the sunshine which I missed in that 1 months time.
