I recently visited Dr. Pooja Vora for treatment of my sciatica and I was amazed by the level of care and expertise that I experienced. She took the time to explain my condition and the treatment plan in a thorough and understandable way, making me feel confident in the process.

Her hands-on approach to treatment was truly remarkable. She was able to manipulate and stretch my muscles with precision and skill, providing me with immediate relief and improved mobility. I could tell that she was dedicated to helping me recover and was genuinely invested in my well-being.

In addition to the exceptional care from her, I was also impressed by her amazing staff. They were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist with any questions or concerns I had. Their teamwork and professionalism added to the positive experience of my visits.

Overall, I can't recommend this physiotherapy practice enough for anyone dealing with sciatica or any musculoskeletal issues. Their combination of expert care, clear communication, and hands-on treatment make them a standout in the field of physiotherapy.

My mom had been struggling with back and neck pain for quite some time, so we decided to visit PhysiGo Clinic in Powai. From the very first visit, I was impressed by how caring and professional the staff were. They took the time to properly assess her condition and explain every step of the treatment.

The clinic itself is clean, calm, and well-maintained, which made my mom feel comfortable and relaxed during her sessions. The therapists were patient and encouraging, guiding her through each exercise carefully. Within a few weeks, we noticed a big improvement — her pain reduced, and her movement became much easier.

As her son, it’s a huge relief to see her feeling active and confident again. I’m truly thankful to the team at PhysiGo for their support and dedication. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy and effective physiotherapy care.

Everyone was patient and kind to me and YOU DOC POOJA was exceptionally GOD' SENT to heal me from my PAIN

Several times I have been in tears ,   due to inability to properly functioning  , as I had undergone two surgeries. It's remarkable how PAIN can affect one psychologically . Inspite of it all  DOC POOJA Never ever lost her cool. ,.was always MOTIVATING ME and pushing  me out of my COMFORT ZONE .

JUST TRUST HER BLINDLY . SHE IS COMPASSIONATE ,and EMPATHETIC and my GO TO DOC for physiotheraphy.

I want to even thank the staff who went an extra mile to make me feel comfortable.

I am so GREATFUL  ,DOC POOJA to you that you have given me the confidence to stand up and WALK 🚶‍♀️ on my two feet without PAIN esp performing those REFORMERS PILATES . It has been a MIRACLE on my journey for KNEE REHABILITATION and must say AQUATHERAPHY has done me GOOD 👍 TOO.

Writing a review for Dr. Pooja and her team is difficult when the scale has only 5 stars. Have been to other physios but I've never felt someone so holistically obsessed with my health & recovery. Found them (strangely) via Google when the reviews seemed off-the-charts but now I know what the hype was all about.

What sets this place apart is that apart from the passionate team, Dr. Pooja herself manages to stay very hands-on with each of her patients. I remember one time after a few sessions telling her "Doc, the knee and the tennis elbow are much better but the frozen shoulder will not heal, it's fine - I'll manage" and pat came her reply "Challenge Accepted!" :)

No wonder that her Phyigo center continues to be a source of energy and hope for so many patients - ranging from sportspersons to office goers to the elderly. Thank you, Doc + your team - Shyamal, Manisha, Kavita, Amita, Khushboo, Ruturaj - you're all awesome!
