I had severe neck and shoulder pain due to incorrect posture due to working on computer all day. Later I contacted Dr. Nirja Desai for Physiotherapy treatment. She recommended really good exercises for posture correction

She recommended really good exercises for posture correction during her treatment sessions which I followed and saw the result in 2 weeks time where the pain slowly started reducing and I was back to normal.

I highly recommend anybody with muscular pain to get treatment from Dr. Nirja Desai. She is very helpful and jolly natured who listens carefully to her patients’s problems and resolves them with her deep Physiotherapy knowledge.

Took a detailed history of my problem and on examination was able to pinpoint the injury at once.——- 1st session of ULTRASOUND THERAPY and then strapping made a tremendous difference and second session after taking a a progress report and ultrasound and demo of an exercise further eased my problem , I am feeling nearly 85-90% better already!and hopefully will bed only a session more for full recovery.😊👍🏼
