At first, it was tough to see any beneficial changes effected by the sessions (it still is at times). Gradually it got me recognizing certain small changes. The changes were small but complete. Every small change is a 100 percent turned (stepping) stone.

This 'long term gain step by step' technique does get frustrating for a binge(r) but it promises permanent solutions.

I was suffering from General Anxiety Disorder and was living abroad; regardless of me living abroad, Dr. Nidhi communicated with me via email (she immediately responded to my emails) and scheduled sessions on Skype (she was always on time). She was patient, kind, good listener and was able to understand what I was going through. Moreover, she was able to identify the symptoms and suggested several ways to cure them. My improvement at the beginning was slow but the big leaps towards recovery in the end made up for it. She is honest and caring - I'd highly recommend her!
