Being a big time foodie herself and knowing that Food and Health is the matter of interest for most of the people today and realizing the need to create awareness and spread the right information to the society, Neha decided to extensively educate herself in the field of nutrition. As a known fact that diet and exercise go hand in hand, She went a step ahead to certify herself as a Reebok Aerobic instructor. She is a university topper in ‘Dietetics’ from S.V.T. In her 9 years of work experience, she has worked as a nutritionist for reputed gyms and fitness trainers and as a consultant with doctors and physiotherapists. She deals with sportsmen, individuals who are obese or victims of lifestyle issues- to name a few- diabetes, thyroid, osteoporosis, PCOS etc and active/exercising sector of society. She educates and conducts seminar/workshops for corporate like banks (HDFC, Standard Chartered Bank), BPOs and MNCs like Asian paints, CCCI and much more on the ‘Rightways of eating and living’. Neha also writes articles for magazines like New Woman, Beauty and salon, Mother’s world, Teenager today, Cookeryplus etc. She is associated with Britannia’s health networking website as an online consultant. She is a nutrition expert on and with HAS- juice bar. She is associated with yummy tiffin, a health food service company as a nutritionist. She is also associated with health India to write health articles. She has also done interviews for TV9 on health issues. Nutrition Philosophy:Neha firmly believes that,You should eat to perform in life rather than just survive. No Fads, No Pills- only lifestyle modification, nutritious food and physical activity can give you a feel good factor along with an appreciable figure/physique and keep you in the best of your health.It is not about a miracle food or magical potion, but just eating the right food at the right time and in the right quantity can change your life, body and mind for the better.You don’t gain weight overnight, so nor can you lose it overnight. Weight loss is a process in which your body learns to burn the fat it has stored…and its forever.By Starving, fasting, acupunctures etc you can weigh less on the weighing scale which means you may lose water, muscle, bone and probably little fat and thereby lose your energy, stamina, hair, skin luster and so on. Fat loss is better that Weight loss.Your body is your temple. Listen and understand your body and the signs it shows. No Machine Can Do What Your Body Can.
Due to my pcos , I had mood swings n anxiety as well I've read a lot at Google , visit to gynecologists , endocrinologists , dermologists, but then I met ma'am, #myrightdestination she changed my whole way of thinking you taught me to relax firstly !! To eat good , to work on the root cause not just to loose weight but to heal your body and to know your body !
Now , my whole perspective is changed because of you , now I don't want to rush to loose weight I want be relaxed and health from within.
Slowly 2 I have started feeling good about myself now.

If you Google weight gain vs weight loss, you will find a million articles talking about how weight loss and hardly any on gaining weight. Whoever said weight gain is easy, should really put some time to research this topic. For my age, body type and genetics, weight loss came in quite easily.
I have always been on the thin side with a petite frame and wanted to gain weight in a healthy manner. I met Neha in June to help me lead a balanced/healthy lifestyle that could help me in gaining weight. After a complete assessment of my current eating habits and routine, she advised me to follow a new diet plan. She is extremely accommodating and understanding when it comes to creating a diet plan. She accounts for the fact that we do like to indulge from time to time.

I knew Neha through a friend who recommended her to me and so I had consulted her. She is extremely patient in listening and then gave me the diet which would be more or less easily possible for me to follow! And she followed up with me so consistently which is the best part, not like others who would just give you the chart! Depending on your chart and diet she generally follows up every week and make changes to the diet, if required! I am coming closer to my goals because of her! Very few times you come across a doctor who understands your own limitations. She recommends diet plan according to your core problems and she has a clear understanding of food and it’s vitality- I have understood a lot from her. She is has this regular follow ups through which she makes sure that you are not missing out on anything. I have been a patient of Multiple Sclerosis but thanks to Neha that after 3 months of diet I have been able to take control of my ailment. In the span of 3 months we regularly met. She understands auto immune diseases and she has been very calm and patient with me. I have never been so honest with any doctor but thanks to the her she radiates that last 3 months have been very smooth for my condition. Today I feel energetic and I have smoothly moved on to the diet she recommended. She is awesome!!! Totally recommend her.

This mantra of Dietician Neha proved a boon for me. My eating habits before meeting her were very erratic & irregular. It was her guidance that I should not miss meals any day & eat measured portions at regular intervals. I was determined to follow the schedules to near perfection & this has helped me immensely...The diet regimes suggested by her were very easy to adapt. She focused on the basics...Limiting Sweet & Deep Fried Stuff, Having more of Salads, Nuts, Fruits etc...The results I experienced were phenomenal & they have inspired me to keep up this lifestyle in days & years to come...Cheers
I went to Neha for recommendations for high protein gym diet. But in no time she figured out that my gut was in a bad shape and it had to be restored to good health first. She removed wheat, dairy, eggs, meat n whey protein from my diet but gave me a balanced, alkaline diet. This has eliminated my stomach bloating, boosted my immunity significantly and has helped me in making my workout routine way more intense.

My husband and I had visited dr Neha 's clinic few months back after converstion with her over the email
My husband is suffering from ulcerative colitis which was very well explained to her over the email but on visit to her clinic we were little disappointed ** *** *** *** **** ***** ***** ** she has given a diet plan in which she has included lot of things which my husband is not suppose to have we have consulted our doctor after taking the diet plan from her
Our doctor was shocked to see the diet plan as there were lot of things included in that plan which he is not suppose to eat
I would never recommend this doc to anyone as she has misleaded us .
**** *********** ************she will not tailor made diet as per your requirement but impose her diet on you..which can be as weird as no wheat...and when you tell her it is not feasible then she will be rude and say that you can do what you please to..is that not weird...The first rule a dietician needs to follow is tailor made the product as per the comfort of the client..also fancy dieticians like her make people believe that entire country who is consuming wheat is wrong and only they are right in asking them to stop the consumption suddenly and see the side effects..she does not even give time in explaining the diet..differentiating between weekday and weekend meals *** ** ****** ************.it proves that some people become famous by their activity on internet and not their work.
