Visiting Deepa for diet consultation has been pivotal in my weight loss journey. For the last 5 years I tried very possible trick to lose weight without any lasting results. But Deepa just made a few adjustments to my eating and exercise habits which made all the difference. I lost almost 7 kgs in 3 months without starving or overly exerting in the gym. She also checks your liking and food habits and prescribes things which you like. That is the best part. I have lost 10 kgs in 3 months effortlessly with combination of diets plan which I love and don't even think of violating and moderate exercise regime which I am comfortable with and a daily walk plan of minimum 10000 steps 60 mins brisk walk plus every possible steps you can take in a day. I look much younger and fitter that's my friends say. Even my general physician was surprised and said continue to do what you are doing. My cholesterol and other parameters in annual health check up are all under control. I am feeling much fitter and energetic. Thanks to Deepa.
