Visiting Deepa for diet consultation has been pivotal in my weight loss journey. For the last 5 years I tried very possible trick to lose weight without any lasting results. I look much younger and fitter that's my friends say. Even my general physician was surprised and said continue to do what you are doing. Deepa has always motivated me to follow a healthy lifestyle..she's not like other dieticians who just give you a diet plans and ask you to follow it blindly..she explains the benefits of eating the food mentioned in the diet plan in detail so that you know whatever you are eating is not something that you just need to eat because you want to lose weight but something that will help you in becoming healthy.And also the most important thing that I really like about her is that she believes in fat and inch loss instead of weight loss.. she's like a guru for me.

I visited Ms. Deepa nandy for the first time in 2012 for weight loss and diet treatment and with her guidance i was successful in losing 8 kgs of my weight. I again started taking the same treatment in June 2023 and i lost 7.5 kgs in 10 weeks. Now i am 70 years old bit i feel 50 because of her diet programme. Her knowledge seems to be good but she is too rigid in her approach. Weight loss requires a focused diet but the patient’s likes/dislikes and other things need to be considered too! A person in their 30s has a life beyond diet. They HAVE to attend family functions and work related event. Moreover, they need some relief from their stressful life now and then.
