I had gained 8-10 kilos after college which triggered PCOS symptoms and elevated thyroid levels. I reached out to Dr. Mitalee to lose 7-8 kilos on 6-7 months. In only a matter of 2 months, I lost 5 kilos. Mitalee is very empathetic and understanding, she carefully planned diets as per my preferences. I had gained a lot of weight due to PCOS and I met Dr.Mitalee in Jul 2019 for her guidance. Since I work early morning shifts, she first understood the options I have at work with breakfast and lunch and then created a weekly plan. Each week I had a variety of options to choose from and she shared a lot of recipes, exercise videos and tips to lead a healthy lifestyle. She answers all questions patiently and over a period of 6 months I lost a lot of weight, i feel confident, energetic and my PCOS is in control. I understood a lot about nutrition and I realised that more than weight loss it is important to bring a lifestyle change. Since I'm a non vegetarian, I was apprehensive that she may ask to stop eating non veg but that was not the case. I recommend her to anyone who wants to bring a long term change in their lifestyle.

With her diet program I learned how to understand the food I eat and how my body works with this food. She did not restrict my eating habits but showed me how to read labels and introduce healthier things into my diet. She taught me which foods encourage a healthier lifestyle and healthier living. She also showed me how to increase my exercise so that my body would work more efficiently towards my goal. I was suffering from high cholesterol and sugar levels mainly due to wrong eating habits because of frequent eating out with clients for meetings and lot of travelling due to work.I am very satisfied with the results that i got with Mitalee Doshi.My cholesterol and sugar parameters came under control and i lost a lot of fat loss.She perfectly understood my work commitments and accordingly suggested diet plan keeping in mind my frequent eating out.I have learnt how to manage healthy eating even when out .She gave a lot of motivation and was a very good listener .
She doesn't seem to be punctual about time. First she moved Appointment from scheduled day to the next day, and then didn't turn up for half hour on the revised date and time. I being from working class dont have luxury to prepare and eat meals at prescribed times. Mitalee understood the goals well and prescibed a plan which was easy to follow and at the same time give good results.She has a great mix and match of the diet and variety of options which makes its easy to follow.
She is always available in person or phone to help in case of any queries. I had referred couple of my friends to her and they were happy with the results as well.
I have visited Dr. Mitalee for fatty lever, borderline cholesterol and acidity. I needed proper diet plan to overcome mentioned health issues. She in detail understand my daily meal routine. She suggested detail meal plan inclusive of foods to tackle cholesterol and fatty liver and few physical activities. She follow up this with me for 4 weeks.(weekly call / meeting). As per biweekly progress she suggested changes in routine. After diet plan for month I have experienced good change in my health, especially acidity is gone. Overall it's very good experience.

It was very nice experience with doctor Mitalee. I was struggling to stabilise lipid profile post delivery. N followed many good diets n people but my lipid profiles were still on higher side. But two months of diet programme with her and she gave me small small tips to follow in daily diet without changing my food habbits worked as wonder for me. Her chillas n soups recepies are worth trying also restaurant eating tips helps to make healthy choices when eating outside. She always answers query without delays. n within 2 months of following diet help me to bring back my lipid profiles to normal level
