It has been an honour and a pleasure to work on myself with Mansi. She is empathetic, wise and perceptive. I have been working with Mansi for 2 years and over the course of this period, she has helped me learn and heal aspects of my anxiety and depression which I struggled with for 5 years. I was in a mess when I visited her..didn’t know if life could be back to what it was.. however after many therapy sessions it has become better.. I was very adamant to not try medication.. she helped me understand my situation and convinced me to go for it.. and this really helped me recover.. therapy and medications do take time and it isn’t a quick fix but it’s extremely helpful!
