Hearing loss is a social disease and affects all the other people except the one who has been affected by it.. Dr. Manisha although an audiologist explained so well the psychological and sociological impact of my hearing loss to me. I had been in denial and she explained to me why my loss exists and was not just my imagination. Very gently she explained how my life would be impacted with the right hearing aids and I would once again be accepted and part of society again. She was so right. It has been more than 5 years now that I have been using the aids she recommended and they have made a world of a difference to me. When my hearing loss which is a neuro sensory loss deteriorated further she made necessary changes in my customised hearing aids and toned up my hearing quality. I am deeply indebted and touched by her gentleness when dealing with patients like me who feel ostracised by society for a condition which is never visible. Her treatment and guidance have Helped me immensely in overcoming my insecurity and dealing with my hearing loss.

To anyone out there not sure about how to deal with their hearing deficiency I would say just make one trip to Dr Manisha and have your doubts cleared.
