Excellent, very patient and very well understanding of everything that I had to address and share. Therapy, over the course of 3 to 4 months personally, I have realised, it isn't about any facade that people talk about; that mental health is an issue or anything, as you cater to your bodily needs and physical health, mental health is exactly the same. Years of patterns, stresses maybe traumas or misunderstandings can lead us to become a certain way, therapy only brings you closer to who you already are and I can vouch for it word to word, it is beautiful and promising. You can and you should do a lot of things and everything, there is no set rule. We often forget that, amaha is a place where you are reminded, that nothing is normal but whatever is happening around you, is absolute life. It brings you in the moment. I would really really thank Dr Kritika, she completely understood my anxious, young, energetic yet monkey-mindset, and made me well equipped at dealing with whatever I wanted to deal with. The good part is that, at the end of it you realise, that the things you call issues or stresses aren't any of those, they are indeed a part of you and you work well when you really accept those so called damaged parts of you or your mind.
