My experience with Dietitian Jheel was very comforting. Her guidance for managing high uric acid and blood pressure has helped reduce so many other problems in my body. Her plan was easy and affordable. She is very approachable for all my doubts even after my plan was over. Highly recommend.

Few weeks later, I connected with them to seek guidance on improving my diet for better health. Jheel spent a lot of time to understand my body type and the issues I may have had. She also asked me to keep a journal of all my food intake for few days, to understand what I usually eat, and gauge what’s available to me. Based on that and my blood reports, many recommendations were made. Again, the explanation of why certain recommendations are suitable specifically to me made the discussion very relevant and personalised. The diet plan proposed to me is customised to leverage everything that's generally available at my home and office. Thus, I don't have to put additional effort to follow the plan. This helps me to be consistent. Further, Jheel is always available for any queries and I am assured of very patient responses.

As long as I kept complete faith and a little patience in her, I can could see the results in a short time.
