I have had a really positive experience with Jancy. She is patient, empathetic, and creates a very safe space to talk openly. Her guidance and the practical tools she shares have been incredibly helpful, especially during a difficult phase in my life. She not only listens but also helps in breaking things down and finding clarity, which made me feel more grounded and hopeful. Jancy is very empathetic and is a keen listener. I felt safe while sharing even the most intimate and difficult of experiences with her. She does not judge me and instead appreciates me for my courage to communicate my deepest emotions. I feel valued. She first listens to my outpourings very calmly and patiently. While listening for nearly 30-40 minutes, she analyses the information I provide and tries to understand my situation and my feelings. Afterwards she helps me understand the situation and gives me suggestions on how to deal with them. Somehow she has the unique capacity to kindle a spark inside me, which helps me see the situation differently or to gracefully accept the situations I cannot change. I feel empowered after my sessions with her and this has improved my personal and professional relationships. Some of the wounds that I have carried in me since childhood are healing. I am thankful to Jancy for teaching me to open myself up to give unconditional love, to forgive without grudges, to appreciate myself and to prioritize self-care.
