Ms. Huda Shaikh is a Clinical Nutritionist, Dietitian, and certified diabetes educator by profession. She is also a health and fitness blogger, menu planner, lifestyle educator, recipe curator, and conducts online/offline workshops on Nutrition and Fitness. Huda is the Founder and Director of a Nutrition website, NutriBond-Bondage to good health. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology and a Master's Degree in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics from SNDT University. She has helped various patients in losing weight and has worked with patients suffering from various health issues. She is extremely passionate about eating right and believes, to stay healthy it is necessary to have a well-balanced diet and top it up with exercise.
