Ms. Himani Jariwala

It was an enlightening experience. Being overweight, I ended up suffering with health issues, low energy and my skin looked horrible. I was exercising regularly but no substantial changes were taking place.

I got referred to Ms. Jariwala and spoke to her. She was patient with me and explained well. I was a little skeptical at first, but apparently food did matter. With the right diet and correct food habits, it would solve my problems naturally. I got my custom meal plans and food recipes from her after some negotiation (really hard to give up my junk food a.k.a cheat meals). The effects were visible and measurable within one week of strictly following it. I was surprised by its effectiveness and eventually impressed by Ms Jariwalas dedication (her diligence and constant reminders) to help me achieve my goals.

My only regret was not having met her earlier. Still following through with her. Slowly but surely.

So it was finally time that I took professional helpto gain weight. I was eating anything and everything to gain weight but realised that I didn't really gain but had a little belly. But Dr Himani explained the importance of muscle gain and not fat gain. And how to eat well to gain weight the right way. I finally look toned and fit. Gained 2 kgs in a month.
