I visited Dr. Shanbaug when I was diagnosed with slipped disc. Doctor was very friendly vand approachable. He went to the root of the problem and laid out a structured plan for the rehabilitation of my back. He is very knowledgeable in his field of expertise. He explained my problem in detail and the cause of my problem. His treatment was very systematic. He started with basic exercises , which gave me prompt relief and gradually incorporated exercises , of high intensity as my body got adapted to them. Before visiting Dr. Shanbaug, my body was very stiff . Now the stiffness and pain has gone. I experienced a very good result Inna short time. I highly recommend Dr Shanbaug due to his friendly approach, expertise and knowledge on his field and most important the concern with which he treats his patients.

Dr. Varun has been absolutely wonderful physiotherapist I have ever come across. In all my visits he explained in detail each and every aspect behind the pain and injury/ problem I was battling and made sure I get back to normalcy in the most holistic manner. He is very calm and focussed at treating the root cause and thats what makes you sure that you are in the safest hands. His approach to tackling health issues is quite assuring as he advises on the best lifestyle management including overall diet, exercise and well being. He is more like a friend than just a doctor. No unnecessary medicines and guaranteed results is what I really like about Dr. Varun. Also he is Always available on phone. Perhaps we need more doctors like him.

Doctor Varun heard my problem patiently and understood what I was trying to explain. He did suction therapy as much required for my problem and also helped me with deep tissue release therapy. He recommended some exercises to me and encouraged me to do it everyday.

Dr varun approach is very holistic, he not only understands the problem to it's root, but also explains the patient in detail about what is the actual cause of problem and how to cure it.
