Dr Tapan Ashar was very knowledgeable and could decipher the problems in my muscles accurately. He took time to understand from me about the issues that o was facing, and decided to follow the course of treatment accordingly.

Tapan was very amicable, greeted me with a smile. Listened patiently to all my problems. Asked me a few questions which help him analyse the root cause of the problem and how to treat it. After that he analytically chose to treat me by first removing the pain through treatment and then went on to give me strengthening for my back. He also kept explaining the steps as and when he kept treating me. Explaining the reason behind each and every move and how it would benefit me. The most brilliant thing about him was the fact that he tried to understand my profession and the underlying reasons why I sustained the injury. He in fact came to one of my concerts as I'm a musician and found the reason for my pain as a sustained posture issue and started helping me correct it from that point. All this with some great sense of humour and friendly nature so that I never felt like a patient. He also pushed me to work harder and at the same time not making me over do it so that I sustain an injury. He is also very systematic in his approach giving clear schedules for exercise and also clear warnings. He also is great as he gives full attention and makes sure that technique during exercises are perfect. Which very few other physiotherapists take in to account. He is never distracted during the sessions. Never takes phone calls and really loves his work and takes real pride in it.

Tapan is very friendly and expertly explains about the procedure and the treatment procedure. Very helpful.

It was a wonderful experience. I had a brief chat with him explaining the problem and how it happened. He examined me and was able to pint point the problem as well.as the exact location, without even having to refer to.the reports, which I was carrying. On a cursory reference to the report it only confirmed his findings. Nice and smiling chap, keeps you occupied and interested in what is happening. He did some acupuncture to releive the pain and the stiffness in my shoulder. On the whole a pleasant experience and by the time I left the clinic I felt that I was far better which made me pretty relieved.

Dr Tapan Ashar came highly recommended by a friend and I knew why when I finally managed to get an appointment with him. He and his team spent close to an hour taking a comprehensive history and asked me what my fitness goals were. Goals? With my back, neck, knee (and let me throw my foot in, while I am at it) issues? For now, I just don’t want to be in pain, I said. But since I had mentioned that I used to be a fitness enthusiast before my spine decided to go zig zag, he nudged me to start believing that not only will I get better, but I’ll also be able to get back to my fitness goals, as long as I put in the work and follow the exercise regimen that he will customize for me, once the basics are put in order.

I’ve only had two sessions so far but I have a feeling that I will get there. A big thank you to Dr Ashar and his equally efficient team for not just their technical expertise but also their holistic approach.

Dr. Tapan and Dr. Nirali are highly experienced and deep understanding about different types of pain and issues. Their concern towards the patient is very rare these days. Method of treatment given is fantastic and professional. Pain relief is a priority which is great. Besides body pain they also try and understand the patient’s thought process which is related to the pain. Getting treatment from these two doctors is an overall healing experience.. In depth knowledge and sincerity towards patients is what makes them rare these days.

Excellent team of physiotherapists that know what they are doing. Their ice bath and compression therapies are not to be missed after a week of workouts to aid recovery.
