Dr Snehal is very professional and is quite competent. The wait time at Orthofit is minimal once you have fixed appointment. That being said one gets the feel that Orthofit is like a sweat shop for physiotherapists with emphasis being on churning patients in the shortest possible time to accommodate yet more patients. This prevents the physios from addressing the problems of patients in an empathetic, holistic and comprehensive manner. It also forces them to peddle ortho inserts and shoes without emphasising the need to address the problem in sincerity with proper advise and follow up wrt lifestyle changes, exercises and posture correction during consultations and follow ups

She was patient with my elderly father and addressed him directly - Most trained professionals treat the elderly like they’re deaf, mute or not able to comprehend.
