In January 2021 my low back pain started. From 2013 I used to take treatment for low back pain from Orthopedic doctor. Every year I used to take Antiinflamatory tablets and pain killer and tablet for acidity. Normally I used to take treatment for about 15 days once in every quarters. Then physiotherapy for 10 to 15 days. 2021 January also I took treatment from my Ortho doctor. But pain didnot subside. One day of february I got severe slip disc pain with block of urine and stool. I was admitted for traction for 3 days. Where I got covid infection. After my covid treatment for 5 days in covid hospital I took online physio therapy of QI Spine (Dr. Sanya) from Gurgoan for 4 months, since I was unable to perform my household chores without support. But even after taking physio for 4 months my muscular weakness didnot dissappear. Then I went to (Dr.Nikeeta Gawda / Dr.Saily More) QI Spine Sanpada Navi Mumbai, as advised by Dr.Sanya, where after 3 and half months I regained my confidence. I could work for house hold chore without support.
