Priyanka has a really nice presence & I feel comfortable trying new things and not feeling silly if I didn't do them right. I love training with Priyanka & I feel I'm so much more healthy & have so much more energy. In the six month that I've been working out with her, I've seen more progress than I thought possible. I've have substantial gains in strength, endurance and overall energy level. I now enjoy the soreness after a hard workout, and I actively look for ways to build healthier habits. Priyanka pushes me harder than I'd be able to push myself, and for the day after a workout, I feel strong, powerful & confident.
