I came to Prachi after a recommendation from her colleagues at Stride Podiatry to help open up my entire body at a deeper muscular level. I have tight hips and leg muscles which cause me discomfort while sitting cross legged, and sometimes whilst sleeping on my side too. I also tend to tense up my back.

Prachi is highly skilled, works with precision and explains the whole process very clearly. What I completely respect about her, is that your gains from her treatment matter more to her than the fee she earns from you. This means she will simply not indulge in half solutions just because you may wish it, she would rather have you come for treatment when you have the inclination to do it right.

While I could have punched someone during the release of my painfully tight muscles, a week after the therapy, my body is thanking me and Prachi! Feels more open and freer than before.
