**** **** ******* Helped me manage my Plantar Fasciitis and keep helping me since so many years with latest good footwear for the same.

Dr. Pallavi is true professional and had personally attended. She addressed all the issue. She was very courteous and explained the line of treatment in great details. She also suggested alternative options and pro and cons of the same. My insole customisation was done with great care and personal attention.

I recommend Dr for anyone who is having lower limb issues doctor is podiatrist.

My left foot arch was paining on and off for one month and since childhood I always had more pain in left leg after exercising

I was almost limping when I went to meet doctor

I was searching for a Podiatrist and I saw Dr Pallavi is a Podiatrist.

Doctor diagnosed me high arch in left foot and asymmetric knees

And my body weight was swinging to my left.

Doctor has a machine which you can stand on and see the heat map of the pressure you put on different parts of the feet

I liked the machine a lot because I could see it for myself the extra pressure on left foot

I was advice to wear insoles and doctor had a slippers made especially for high arch foot, Which were really good.

The whole appointment takes about 1 hour and doctor will thoroughly explain you and explain things.

I was given exercises, advice on how to choose my sport shoes, and what kind of footwear to wear and lifestyle changes.

Everything doctor has advices helped me a lot

The patient (me) was treated as an.intelligent human being, with due respect and courtesy, and everything was well explained with empathy.

The exercises are helping me. Calf raises and stretching exercises are really very supporting and are helping me to walk correctly and have a correct posture. the doctors here are very supportive and are ready to help me anytime. I can drop by their clinic at my convenience and get my issues sorted. Otherwise I can call them up too in case I have any problem at home. The Ortho Slippers are helping me to have the correct arch in my foot which was lacking in me since childhood. Thank you orthofit for assisting me in my effort to reduce the pain from my foot and helping me get back to my normal self.

Who listens to all your health related issues .She is a very genuine and a very passionate to her subject person .I had a very delightful experience at Strides Center .The other doctors too were also very good and patient with their patient.

Dr Pallavi listened to my problem and then went on to do the diagnostics. She wanted to do basic checks rather than going for expensive assessments.
