My experience with Doctor Neha has been delightful! She is a patient listener and she beautifully empowers one to see situations from different perspectives.

She is warm, kind and has an illuminating smile that offers comfort the moment you walk in to see her.

She knows to be a doctor and a confidant, all at once!

She has helped me to see situations in the light of my bravery and not question myself.

She taught me to test my thoughts and challenge them, rather than believe that every thing I think is true or right.

She empowered me to continue to check on myself, keep testing my thoughts even after therapy and I love the sessions with myself!

She encouraged me to validate my emotions as they are and not be intelligent and rationalise them. :D

From a suicidal guy with umpteen number of psychological issues in December 2019, an almost impossible.case to recover or may be that was what I realised then ,here I am a very self confident person. Almsot all my psychological issues has been resolved and I have been able to do almost all the thing I ever dreaded too. From a socially awkward personality to one who is in talk with investors to start hisvown enterprise, from very fearful person to one whonkeeps taking informed risk at alsmost every hour throughout the day. I have been able to resolve the biggest issue in my life via a child and healty adult relationship. I wonder how now I don't give much weightage to what anyone else says about me, from being in constant need to be considered as special I have instead become a person who is least bothered about any such stuffs. On a lighter side , if it was not for the psychotherapeutic effect I might have had a very tough lockdown experience.Insteadbi enjoyed my time with my family , had an experience what an healthy adult should have instead of what a panicked child may have. If I have to score her , may be I will give an 100 out of 100 for her approach to resolve the issues.I know that most of my issues are resolved but I am sorry I will keep on being in contact with you all throught my life, for no one will be able to advice and heal me better than you. Anxiety and depression had really degraded my health and I had no idea. Her medication and counseling really improved my mood and ability to handle anxiety. I'm able to handle my stress much much better and my series anxiety attacks have reduced.She is the best recommend for any problems related to anxiety,Stress and depression.
