Dr. Monica Kapoor

before writing anything , i would write that if u are going to see her , trust me i would say u are in safe hands. she is an awesome doctor who is very friendly and when she talks u will feel as if she is your friend ready to help you. when u visit her clinic u come to know that she treats so many celebrities and i can easily call her a celebrity doctor ! i was so sad with my face problems like pigmentation , wrinkles , but with her treatment there is lot of improvements on my face, my friends have started complimenting me,which makes me feel nice, so i thank her for giving back my smile . she Rocks!

After reading some good reviews, i decided to visit Dr Monica Kapoor for my pimples and skin pigmentation problems. my experience about the clinic and the doctor is really very good. firstly the clinic is very neat , hygienic, beautiful and well equipped which i have rarely seen.the staff is very polite and smiling, but above all the DOCTOR is very friendly, experienced and empathetic , her knowledge in the field of face aesthetics i felt is vast, as i can compare because i had visited couple of popular doctors in the town with no results.she told me that it would require couple of sittings for complete remission but i can feel the change in my skin within two sittings, so i am very extremely happy and recommend her to every one who all wants to sort out their face problems.

if you are looking for the doctor who is complete face aesthetic physician like for skin, hair and smile and whose knowledge is so vast in this field, then Dr Monica is someone I would highly recommend. Apart from her knowledge she takes out time to be kind, caring and extremely friendly, while maintaining such beautiful and hi tech clinic. she will treat u completely provided u follow her instructions categorically. I had issues with my hair all and skin, the way she treated me I am amazed to see my face transformed as well as hairball stopped. she is always smiling and always ready to help. She Rocks!

I dont know how do they even have possitive ratings? you goto normal clinics you see actuall patient's & doctors certificate, degrees around , here you gonna see photos of the doctor with celebrities, anyways thats not the point. So I went for a jaw Ache issue, at the first they ask you to pay before the consultation and then you get to see the doctor, ok I can understand everyone has thier own rules and protocols, fair enough. then i goto see the doc, she checks the teeth ******* **** ******* ******** **** and tells me "first we need to clean your teeth as there is a tarter om your teeth and that might be the the reason your jaw is in pain (ok i did have tarter and i did needed a treatment for that, but that didnt explain the jaw pain, she is like) get it done now and after that we will see why is your Jaw hurting", *** ***** **** **** **** *** *** ******* I left that place imidietly and went to a different doc who did * ****** ***** ** **** not one but multiple xrays and then explained me the reason, which was completely different from what Dr Monica Kapoor was telling me, he gave me antibiotics for it and the pain and within 24 hours was gone. so at flawless clinic its just WASTEE OF TIME

The staff is very courteous and very attentive towards the patient as it is their duty to do so .

I had approached for a skin whitening treatment wherein i was promised for flawless results but i was disappointed as i did not receive any result even after spending nearly 50k,WHICH I FELT WAS WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.As the doctor could see there was no change even after the 2 sessions as promised she did change my medications but still there was no progress and in the end i was given a reason that the product might not give similar effect to everyone which was bit annoying and also hurting .As a doctor it is necessary that you take the concerns of the patient and accordingly give the results for which the patient has been promised .The doctor was supportive through out the treatment but i felt i was cheated .

There were multiple sittings for the treatment. Initial few sittings were fine. After that staff (junior docs under monica) kept on changing. Staff is not at all trained. They event don’t know basic syringe use in PRP. I had so much pain in blood sample removal and skin went blue for few days. Monica hardly monitors progress after initial sitting as they take complete money in advance. There was no consistency in fixing appointments if previous staff is on leave. Neither i was happy with service, nor treatment; so i had leave treatment.

I would have given half a star had that been an option! Dr. Monica kapoor's clinic is perhaps the first clinic where I was asked to pay the CONSULTATION FEE FIRST! And after my refusal to do that the pety Ill-mannered receptionist had the audacity to tell me that Dhirubhai Ambani hospital has the same system! Huh?

I think when such is the practice being carried out (asking for fees before consulting the doctor) , it's enough said.

Guys, if you're thinking to visit this place, think again!

Doctor Monica kapoor is a very good doctor with 15 of year's immense experience in the dental and dermatologist field . She is very interactive and helpful by saying that I mean is she is a very good listener and gives personalise solutions. If your going for the first time for a dental check up trust me when I say she knows her domain pretty well as she has a vital human touch which some of the doctors lack today, so the first time anxiety which everyone goes through is gone she starts interacting with u. Perfect medication to your cure and fast recovery, perfect treatment which suits our pocket, very reasonable charges. The main thing she gives you option in choosing the best treatment for you so I would surely recommend her as a best doctor for dental and skin treatment.

If i have to talk about Dr Monica and her treatments , then i would really take full day to say good things about her. i have been going to her since one year now. initially I was suffering from severe hair fall and was very unhappy about it , i had been to couple of doctors in the town , without any results as they kept on prescribing me many tablets and minoxidil which didnt show any results, then i thought of giving a last try and meet Dr Monica .she explained me properly the whole reason behind my hair fall and asked me to be patient and gave me fewer but effective medication and 6 session of hair fall treatments , with her treatment my hair fall reduced to almost 80 percent and saw some new hair growth which i was very happy . i recommended her to many of my friends . now recently i got my smile makeover done with dental laminates and that too i am extremely happy about it. thank you dearest doctor!

We had been given a confirmed appointment which we reconfirmed 15 minutes before arriving to the clinic and even though we reached before time we were conveniently put in a room with a counsellor and told that the doctor has left and that we could explain our condition to the counsellor who would pass it on to the doctor and get back to us. I mean is it a joke or something? Why would we discuss a medical condition with a layman when we have specifically asked for a doctor. Just to cover up for their horrible mistake of misconfirming an appointment they would commit to another horrible mistake of even expecting us to take their "counsellor" drama seriously. Very unprofessional

and a waste of time!!
