I had tremendous pain in neck shoulder and left hand.Dr recommended 5 days physiotherapy with IFT.IFT is good as it bring down pain slowly from muscle swelling.With each day the paint got lessened and on the 5th day the neck and shoulder pain was around 75% and hand was around 50% and Dr recommended to have 1 more session post which the pain lessened further.She also conveyed the excercise to be done at home and office which shall fecilate lessening of pain ..I implemented it and now the pain is very less.Thanks so much to Dr Minita

She is very professional and very considerate towards the pain of the patient . She diagnosed the reason of the pain after thorough analysis and helped in relieving the pain .

I have been facing nerve pain in my right hand due to spondylitis since last 15-20 days. This started along with severe back pain. Today was just the first session that I took with Dr Minita and my nerve pain in hand has reduced significantly. Looking forward to more sessions for complete recovery.

Dr. Minita explained the problem well and is very friendly and knowledgeable. What I really like is that she's very aware of what not to unnecessarily use on a patient, in my case it was deep heating, I asked for it but she explained that it's not required at this point. The exercises are helping me already in two sessions. Would recommend her as a good physiotherapist!
