I'm in early fifties, a year ago I weighed 79 kgs. My ill health made me realize that losing weight is the only solution. Later I approached Dr Medha Sawant. After meeting her, she made weekly comprehensive diet plans considering my regular diet and eating habits. In 3 months he has achieved his ideal weight. Dr Medha is truly an expert, an inspiration and her diet plan does not seems a diet plan at all.
