Hi! My name is Mayur. I want to share my wonderful experience with physio 32 and Dr Lajja Shah. Since past many years I have been suffering from severe back and neck pain on and off. And I used to take pain killers for the same. But they just gave me temperory relief. As days passed, the pain started getting bad and till the extent that it became unbearable. That is when I heard about physio 32 and Dr Lajja.

From the first visit itself I started getting results. Dr Lajja made me feel so much better and comfortable with the exercises she made me do and also the facts she explained me for my back and neck pain.

Doctor, with her latest equipments for the therapy made it less painful treatment.

I took 10 - 12 sessions from her and with her all suggested exercises now my pain has vanished and also I started feeling much better than before.
