Dr. Kinjal Shah Anandpara is owner and Clinical Director of ActiveCare Physical Therapy Pvt Ltd. Dr. Anandpara was born and raised in south Mumbai. She has a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from D.Y. Patil College of Physiotherapy in Pune. She moved to California to continue her education and received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University School of Allied Health. Dr. Anandpara also received a Certificate of Orthopedic Manual Therapy from Curtain University in Perth, Australia. She has over 8 years of clinical experience in India and America.Dr. Anandpara has worked and trained in New York City at the original ActiveCare Physical Therapy. She learned the best physical therapy techniques and assessments of ActiveCare PT in addition to Pilates for rehabilitation. She has advanced training in the Maitland Australian Approach, the McKenzie Method and Mulligan's Mobilization with Movement techniques. Dr. Kinjal was extremely friendly and patiently explained the problem areas through simple visual of the anatomy. through various movements she checked the range to pinpoint the issue and furthermore gave exercises and movements to release the back spasm and listed them to carry out at home with ease.
I am hopeful that they will resolve a long standing nerve pinch problem with their treatment

A lovely experience, felt a substantial reduction in pain from the first day itself. My physiotherapist was Sanjana Ghelani - she explains the issue carefully and in detail, demonstrates exercises thoroughly, expertly soothes pain and releases seized-up muscles during the visit, and even suggests stretches and easy lifestyle changes to avoid future pain. I thought I could possible have to go for surgery for chronic back pain but Active Care solved my issue with only physical therapy. I feel good and am extremely happy.
