I started my treatment with Dr. Pooja in Nov 2019.
The treatment was administered in a very professional yet personalised manner. Her demeanour was always friendly and warm and the therapies were engaging and effective. I found her to be very well informed in her field and the therapy backed up with regular feedback sessions helped me in my condition of RA.

She would take personal care n caution when exercising in the pool n on land as well under her supervision n guidance. I would insist that I will take treatment only from Dr Pooja. and take my appointments depending on her availability. She would also ask and take the feedback of my previous treatment session with her. I had suffered a spinal fracture and i was 80 percent better when I got introduced to AquaCentric but quite unstable before I took treatment from her.By the end of about 30 sessions with her I was 100 percent fit and pain free.
I was taking maintenance sessions with her for further strengthening my back n full body holistically with her at AquaCentric. But the Pandemic stopped it all. I’m hoping we see better days so can continue with her at the Centre. Wishing her all the very best.
Exemplary care and meticulous treatment therapy given by Dr. Pooja has completely relieved me of my knee/ankle pain. Now I am able to walk freely without inhibition and even climb steps with ease. The doctor diagnosed the causes of the pain accurately and designed and executed the therapy robustly. The kindness and personal care that she gives is very good.

Pooja was very friendly and considerate. She taught us to excercises to her full extent and gave us excercises to do at home even after the sessions. She was very motivating
