we visited a lot of marriage counsellors before but they were not proffessional .they did not have a degree for testing the marriage solutions and handle marriage disputes and they were short and curt
i am thank practo for registering such good counsellors which we dont get at other sites
Lacked value for time, money & scientific approach. Session took place in her living room with her family members in adjoining room separated by a curtain. Lacked good ambience. Lacked good ambience. Doctor did most of the talking and usually responded with her own family problems or about other patients issues which were not helpful. My wife and I have different views and she hardly tried to correct either of us. No counter questions asked or corrections made to our thinking or behavior. Felt that she avoided addressing certain points that I brought up and had to repeat myself few times to get a response.
Was stereotyping and criticizing people living in central line and in chawls. Does not recommend going to gynaec for pregnancy issues ** ***** ******** **** ********** *** ******* ** ************
She asked me to make cash payment as card payment attracts GST. Had to get cash from ATM at 11:30 pm with my wife. Doctor should confirm session time in the beginning as she charges on per hour basis. Ask for confirmation to proceed when next hour begins. Also expectations need to be set before session begins and then met for customer satisfaction.
This was a horrible experience. I went for counselling, but felt she did not spend enough time on my history. If you are depressed or anxious please don't go to her.
